Returns and Exchanges
For in store purchases:
No refunds. Only store credit and exchanges given with proof of receipt and on NON-Customized products. Items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages.
For Online Orders:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed for all orders. You may exchange any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt for items of the same purchase price, excluding shipping & handling charges. We cannot accept returns of custom embroidered or logo's products unless the product or the embroidery is defective.
Items in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages may be returned for a refund within 30 days accompanied by your original invoice. Depending on the method you used to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7-10 business days for us to receive your return.

Missing or Lost Items:
All claims for missing or lost items/packages must be made within 90 days of the invoice or receipt date. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for refund, replacement, exchange, or credit, and a new order must be placed.

My package came without a return lable. How do i exchange some items by mail?
GOOD MORNING ,
I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE LAST WEEK WHEN I RECIEVED MY ITEMS. ALL ITEMS RECEIVED WERE ALL WRONG SIZE . I TOOK MY CHILD IN AND THE STAFF MEASURED HER AND HAD MY DAUGHTER TRY ON SIZES THEY HAD AT HER SCHOOL. WE RECEIVED ALL OUR ITEMS VERY LATE AND THEN DAILY SKIRTS ARE WRONG , THE GREY SKIRTS WERE WAY TO LARGE HAD TO PAY TO HAVE THEM ALTERED , AND WHITE SHIRTS WITH LOGO ( FOR PE ) ARE HUGE ( SO LARGE LOOKS LIKE A DRESS ) AND SO ARE THE SWEATERS ( HUGE ) . SO WHAT DO I DO KNOW , I DID MY PART.. TOOK MY DAUGHTER IN TO SCHOOL STAFF HAD HERE TRY ON POLO SHIRTS FOR PE WHICH WERE THE RIGHT SIZE AND THEN YOU SHIP ME POLO SHIRTS THAT LOOK AND FIT MY DAUGHTER LIKE A DRESS. WORSE PART THEY HAVE LOGOS.. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED . MY DAUGHTER STARTED SCHOOL WITH NO CLOTHES AND HAD TO BUY USED CLOTHES FROM STUDENTS THAT ATTENDED SCHOOL LAST YEAR. I returned all of my items. They were to big and came later than expected. I used the return address. That was almost 2 week's ago. When can I expect to see me refund back on my card.
Hey I bought my daughter 5 shirts at her school event and they are to small just looking to exchange them at their up coming event can I exchange them there

It seems the shirts I received in the mail are not the same as the ones that were at the school cool during the summer When we tried them on. The shirts I received are a lot smaller and the sweaters are also too small. This is the 2nd year in a row that I have had problems with uniforms, and since this place is in Miami, exchange is difficult and expensive.

Hello I been ordered my kids uniforms in I didn't get no tracking number no nothing an my kids start school today
I bought my daughters tops at her school and opened the package up at home for her to try it on only to see her school logo was not on the top and the school says we can’t use them. School starts in two weeks no pressure for me what so ever. 😤
How do I get in contact with you guys its so hard to reach you. I need to do a return but I didn't recieve a package slip all I received was a invoice paper there is nothing on the back yo fill up. Help anyone!!
