Embroidery policy

Ibiley offers embroidery on all products purchased in our stores all year long. We also offer the embroidery service on products that you may purchase from other companies during the months of September through June. Unfortunately we can not offer this service during July and August due the high demand for back to school orders.

Note: Due to the calibration of the embroidery machines being set to embroider on our material we cannot guarantee that the embroidery process will not damage the shirts you bring to us from a 3rd party supplier. Therefore Ibiley will not be responsible for any damaged product.
