I. PRE-REQUISITES FOR RETURN
Items in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days accompanied by your original invoice. Items that have been washed, worn, patched or embroidered may not be returned.
II. PROCESSING TIMES
Depending on the method you used to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7 - 14 business days for us to receive your return. Upon receiving the item(s) we review the specific case, please note that not all returns will be granted, however we will review all returns within 7-14 business days.
III. SHIPPING CHARGES
Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns require you to accept the responsibility to pay the shipping fee to us and return to your address of choice. IV. REFUNDS & CREDITS
In-Store purchased items will qualify for a store credit ONLY. Online orders will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method, allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

VI. MISSING OR LOST ITEMS
All claims for missing or lost items/packages must be made within 90 days of the invoice or receipt date. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for refund, replacement, exchange, or credit, and a new order must be placed.
