As of January 8th, 2014, we have solved the fallen patch issue. Patches are currently being sold, and will not fall off. If you are encountering any issues with any patch, please contact us and we will solve the issue.

We understand that there have been many cases dealing with patches. A batch of patches received were defective, The adhesive does not apply well to the polo, therefore, causing the patches to fall off after a short period of time. Here at Ibiley, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and thank you for your patience.
After this repetitive and ongoing situation, we decided to issue an investigation. Patches are currently being tested at the lab.In the meantime, we will not be selling patches until further notice. All the NEW items are being embroidered for the same price of a patch, $3.99. Our stores and and fulfillment department are aware of this new procedure.
Miami-Dade County customers, if you have any items with fallen patches please stop by any of our store location to get these items fixed. Tampa area customers, please reach out to our support team at customercare1@ibiley.net to get your items replaced. We are working very hard to provide an excellent and most importantly, a UNIQUE customer experience. Ibiley truly values every single customer, we look forward to helping you.

This company has the worst customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!
A month and my order does not arrive, and customer service is a terrible, nor does the phone answer during service hours
