HORRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered uniforms in July. Multiple attempts to contact via email and phone. Every time I was given different information. I was told the order would go out by the end of the month, only part of the order was shipped. Then I called again and was told the order would be going out by the end of the week, no update. I called again and was told the order was canceled because my bank denied the charge. I was never contacted to be notified that the payment was not working or asked to provide another form of payment. My emails were never answered. The customer service representative was slow and unknowledgeable. When I asked for my order to be resubmitted, I was told that is not possible and I would need to place another order and wait another 7-10 business days for it to ship to me. Absolutely ridiculous company with terrible employees. If I had another option of where to buy the uniforms I would. Avoid this business with this company if at all possible.
