low quality uniform??

No like, how in the world did the uniform change quality all of a sudden?? Two years ago it was perfect, now who in the world is “A+ School Uniforms” like.. isn’t that supposed to be labeled as an Ibiley brand?

And yes my order ARRIVED a month later like how.
