  I agree! I'm hoping our school ceases doing business with them after this school year!!! So many are complaining of the horrible customer service and lack of returned email, no telephone # and impossible to place a phone order! It's ridiculous!

  I agree,customer service is horrible,buy online is very difficult, promo codes never work, no number available for contact, hope our school have choose better company. Even in person I have a poor experience with them!
