This company is used by schools & sucks can’t talk to anyone about missing order

Didn’t receive the order which could of easily just went and bought khaki pants but was told to use this website by the school and now I’m out of money and can’t even talk to someone …..give me the pants or return my damn money ……. I don’t have time for this bullshit

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shirts are terrible quality!!!! THEN YOU CAN NOT RETURN BECAUSE YOU CAN NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE!!!!!!  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

  This company is the worst company to get in contact with . I have tried for weeks to get in contact with someone to return my daughters uniform for a bigger size and know one answers the phone. Its not like we can go there when they are in Miami and we are in Orlando. This has been an inconvenience for us and my daughter. the school needs to pick an other company or get this company to get it right. reading the other comments and to see its the same issue is a bog problem.

  Today I’m in overdraft on my cashapp, because they canceled the order and returned the money and this morning cashapp told me they put another charge through and I can’t get anyone to talk with.

  Where is my order! I cant get through the phone line. Wait time exceeded 45 minutes with no answer. Called the second time, 34 minutes, no answer. No tracking, no updates available l!!

  Horrible!!!!!!!!!. Hice la orden hace mas de 15 dias y apesar que la cobraron el mismo dia, no tengo respuesta dele stado de la misma. Imposible la comunicacion por telefono, tampoco me la despacharon por pick-up porque dicen que es delivery. La unica respuesta que he recibido por internet es "TENGA PACIENCIA'. Me parecio muy irrrespetuosa y poco profesional.
