Order was never shipped.
I have been waiting over a month for my daughter JMC Middle school shirts. If you are understaffed and don't have enough merchandise then people should not be able to purchase items online. Also on the website it says online orders from August may take up to 14 days. I have called, sent online request twice for an update and still no reply as of 19 days ago. If you go to the store the managers blame it on the pandemic. how much longer are you going to use this excuse. People can be very understanding if we could at least get some type of update. Then you can't even get your money back, only store credit or exchanges. Never again.

It's been 3 months since I submitted my order and I still don't have it. No one responds to emails, and when you do get someone on the phone, thy make empty promises to ship the item and give you the runaround. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company is criminal.
