AVOID IBILEY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. Unbelievable!

Aside from the fact that they open at NOON and don't open at all on Mondays, they don't answer the phone during their regular business hours (I waited 18 mins for nothing) OR respond to emails.  I placed an order Aug 9th and have received nothing.  It's September 2nd.  

As such, as I sit on the PTA board, I will do everything in my power to ensure that Ibiley loses the business of our whole school by next year.  This is not how businesses who have any regard for their customers operate.
