Terrible customer service

No one will come on the phone talk to and the only email I can get says
up to 14 days and it "might not be what I want to hear". That is no answer to give when I'm asking about my order. I placed the order over a month ago and should have been told the truth. This place is shady not not worth using this place.o anyone.

  I ordered August 11th. I am Beyond the 14 days. I have Sent 3 emails with no response and have literally been on hold to speak with a person. For 1 hour and 20 minutes. This company is horrible for sure

  Worst company i ever dealt with , not only they won't send you your order  no later than 2 months but as well your emails and call would be in vain. I ordered size 6 for a 5 years old after 2 months they shipped me a size 12 now my son keep wearing the same old uniform ,never they have picked up their phone to send me the whatever form to return their sh*** and they won't never answered my emails. I'm so pissed off ,that's the second year they do the same thing. I would create a petition so that every parents in the school could sign and let us get rid of this company , we work too hard for our money to give it to a company that does not even care about customers.
