Return Policy

I ordered the wrong size uniform on Friday.  I immediately tried calling to correct the order over the phone.  After a 30 minute wait to get to a representative, they told me I could not change the order and that it had already shipped! This is ridiculous! There should be some sort of grace period where you can cancel or change the order.  Now, they are stating I have to pay the return shipping costs to return the item.  They do not have the uniform specs online, thus I ordered the wrong size. Very poor customer service! 

On my previous orders, I received varied sizes for the same size! They did not match up! Incredibly disappointed that our school chose this provider.
