Terrible online experience

I submitted an order online three weeks before school was to start. I continued to check the status online and it said shipped. 10 days later after not receiving the uniforms, I send an email and received one back saying sorry, your order was cancelled. I checked my back and they still charged me and added shipping! When I called and was on hold for an hour, the person I finally spoke to said they did not charge my account. I went to my bank and they indeed did charge my account. Now I have to prove to THEM that they took my money just to get a refund. Unbelievable how they stay in business. I will report to the school as well in hopes that they will go elsewhere for uniforms.
