We made an online order and we accidentally selected the wrong pickup store. I was afraid it was going to be a problem but Your service department was extremely efficient as well as super polite!!! They took care of the problem immediately!!! I will always shop at Ibiley from now on! Very impressed with your customer service dept personnel!!!!!!!

  I placed an online order and when I got my confirmation I noticed the ship to store was too far from me, I called the the customer service left a message on a sunday and they called back in about an hour and changed it immidiately. So far this is the best customer service I have had when it comes to online orders. Thanks so much keep up the amazing customer service you offer.
