Shipping Costs & Delivery Information
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Please allow additional 5 business days for Embroidery Orders. Delivery times will vary during the Back-to-School season.
Standard Shipping
Orders ship Monday through Friday only. We ship all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Tracking information is available upon request.
Express Delivery
Expedited and/or Express shipping are not available currently.
P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O boxes.
APO/FPO
We ship Parcel Post to APO/FPO. Within the continental United States you can expect delivery within 5-10 business days. Orders ship Monday through Friday only.
Signature Delivery
We automatically send all orders over $100 with Signature Delivery Confirmation to ensure you receive your package directly. If your order is less than $100 you can request a Signature Delivery Confirmation. If you are not at home when delivery is attempted the Shipping company will leave a pick up slip with information where you can pick up your order
Alaska, Hawaii and Territories
We currently do not ship to these areas.
International Shipping (Outside of the USA)
We currently do not ship Internationally.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on Merchandise Total Value, after any item and order level discounts are subtracted. So the exact amount of the shipping charges will be calculated at the final checkout page. Most orders have a $10 Flat Shipping Fee and a Free In-Store Pickup option.
Missing or Lost Items
All claims for missing or lost items/packages must be made within 90 days of the invoice or receipt date. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for refund, replacement, exchange, or credit and a new order must be placed.

GOOD MORNING ,
I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE LAST WEEK WHEN I RECIEVED MY ITEMS. ALL ITEMS RECEIVED WERE ALL WRONG SIZE . I TOOK MY CHILD IN AND THE STAFF MEASURED HER AND HAD MY DAUGHTER TRY ON SIZES THEY HAD AT HER SCHOOL. WE RECEIVED ALL OUR ITEMS VERY LATE AND THEN DAILY SKIRTS ARE WRONG , THE GREY SKIRTS WERE WAY TO LARGE HAD TO PAY TO HAVE THEM ALTERED , AND WHITE SHIRTS WITH LOGO ( FOR PE ) ARE HUGE ( SO LARGE LOOKS LIKE A DRESS ) AND SO ARE THE SWEATERS ( HUGE ) . SO WHAT DO I DO KNOW , I DID MY PART.. TOOK MY DAUGHTER IN TO SCHOOL STAFF HAD HERE TRY ON POLO SHIRTS FOR PE WHICH WERE THE RIGHT SIZE AND THEN YOU SHIP ME POLO SHIRTS THAT LOOK AND FIT MY DAUGHTER LIKE A DRESS. WORSE PART THEY HAVE LOGOS.. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED . MY DAUGHTER STARTED SCHOOL WITH NO CLOTHES AND HAD TO BUY USED CLOTHES FROM STUDENTS THAT ATTENDED SCHOOL LAST YEAR. I have not received our uniforms
We have not received our uniforms and school starts in less than two days. Order was placed on 7/21/22.
We made order July 27th and still have not received items.
Invoice # 430119-01, Cust code E1E0059714, E-Com#: 0000119188. Order placed on August 4, 2022 (26 days ago). When will I receive this order?
