Whats the excuse for not returning emails sent abweek ago on a order i need tomake & the promo code i was given isnt working. I have sen 4 emails & not one person is replying to me.
This store has to be one of the worst customer services places i have ever dealt with. No one person even answers the phone either when called.
I agree that customer service with this business is terrible. I am caller # 13!!!!! I dropped off a shirt more than 2 weeks ago to have a patch added and no one has called me back.
This is the worst place I have ever dealt with no one return ur emails or answer the phone I placed a order 7/09/24 one jacket was not put on order they came to Play Dough Academy in Clearwater and had no jackets to purchase so I had to order them now as of today I finally got to speak to someone who spoke very bad broken English and I’m hoping I will receive these jackets in the mail before school starts
